The idea to help newly arrived guys and those who have not arrived yet, but still seeking a job outside of ex-soviet block spark in my mind after I failed after a half a year looking for an interesting job that match my knowledge and skills. That was an opportunity to choose from the list of the top ranked firms, or top payed positions. No. Just absolutely opposite from this!
